How long do I have to request a return?

You’ve got 30 days from when your order lands at your door to request a return. Items must be unopened, unused, with the seal intact, and in their original packaging. ✨

Damaged in Shipping? 🚚💥

What if my order is damaged during shipment?

Don’t worry! Every package is insured for the full amount charged. If something arrives banged up, contact USPS to file a claim: USPS Claims. You’ll need to re-purchase the item to get a replacement. 📦💔

Starting a Return 📝

How do I return an item?

Email us at Hello@wickedsniffer.com with a brief description of the issue, your order #, date purchased, name, and contact info. Once we approve your return, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from your refund total. 💜
