We want your order to arrive safely and smoothly. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, delivery times, and local pickup.

 

Shipping Information

Shipping Rate

$5.95 flat rate shipping to the lower 48 United States.

We currently do not ship internationally.

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 2 business days.

During busy periods, extended fulfillment times will always be announced at the top of our website.

Shipping Carrier

All orders ship via USPS and include insurance coverage up to $100.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on location and USPS transit schedules. Wicked Sniffer is not responsible for carrier delays once packages leave our hands.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is not available at checkout.

10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

During hours when the building is unlocked.

Important Pickup Rules (This is critical)

Scheduled Time Required

When placing a pickup order, you must select a pickup time slot at checkout.

Your order is only guaranteed to be available during that scheduled time.

Missed Pickup Windows

If your pickup window is missed, we cannot guarantee availability for alternate times or dates.

If you are unable to arrive during your selected time, please email hello@wickedsniffer.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate, but availability is not guaranteed.

Early or Late Arrivals

Orders may not be accessible outside of your scheduled pickup time.

Market & Event Pickup Requests

Orders may be requested for pickup at local markets or festivals, but:

You must email us in advance to confirm availability.

You must still select a pickup time slot at checkout to complete your order.

Requests without prior confirmation cannot be guaranteed.
