  1. Place the steamer off to the side of your shower — not directly under the stream.
  2. Lightly sprinkle the steamer with water to activate the oils and menthol.
  3. Let the shower spray splash the steamer while you shower so the aroma fills the steam — inhale, breathe deep, profit.

Important: do not crumble or press the steamer directly onto your skin. Keep it off surfaces you sit/stand on to avoid slipping if it gets wet and breaks down.
